We offer hassle-free management of your DJI drone repair and maintenance, including logistics, free diagnostics, and efficient communication with DJI. With DroneXperts, you can be sure of exceptional customer service and professional care for your equipment.
A $175 handling fee is applied to consumer drones to cover repair management and communication with DJI.
For drones in the Enterprise range, the management fee is $275, reflecting the specific needs and priority treatment of these models.

Fill in our online form to initiate the process. Bring your drone to our store or send it to our office. Diagnosis and shipping to DJI are free of charge (shipping to our office is not included).
We take care of shipping your drone to DJI, handling all logistical aspects. You won’t need to fill in a repair form on the DJI website or contact them.
DJI will carry out a diagnosis free of charge and provide you with a detailed quotation for the necessary repairs.
On receipt of the quotation, you decide whether you wish to proceed with the recommended repairs, or whether you would prefer to recover your drone without repairs.
After repairs, we organize the return of your drone and keep you informed every step of the way.
